My role within Cimalpes

I am a rental management assistant. My role is to support our clients in selecting their stay, welcoming them, providing guidance, and ensuring they enjoy an unforgettable experience—creating lasting memories that will bring them back to our beautiful mountains.

My recommendations

My role within Cimalpes

I am a negotiator for the Belleville Valley area (Val Thorens, Les Menuires, Saint Martin de Belleville and its villages). Each client is unique, and my role is to identify my clients' real estate needs and expectations in order to offer them the best possible service. I am also there to provide them with a personalised service, to have a real relationship of trust and to accompany them in their future projects.

My recommendations

In winter, the ski area of the 3 valleys offers an exceptional potential and the descent from the Cime Caron to the Lac du Loup is a must for all ski lovers. In summer, a hike in the Vallée des Encombres, starting from the Village du Chatelard, in a wild and preserved mountain, for nature lovers. My favourite ski resort : Val Thorens ! for its altitude, its snow cover, its dynamic, its sporting spirit, its clientele, its festive and cosmopolitan atmosphere.

My role within Cimalpes

Negotiator, my goal is to support every client during their mountain real estate purchase and allow them to acquire their ideal property under the best possible conditions.

My recommendations

A Moriond Racing toboggon descent from Courchevel 1650 after a day of skiing in the 3 Valleys. An opportunity to enjoy the snow in a new way in a beautiful setting, with 3km of pistes open from when the lifts close until dusk.

My role within Cimalpes

I am a sales negotiator at Cimalpes’ Val Thorens agency. My role is to advise prospective buyers, whether they are looking for their dream mountain home, or a real estate investment. I also support and advise owners in the placement of their property onto the sales or rental market. This job also involves managing negotiations between buyers and sellers, as well as prospecting for new clients. The primary objective is to offer expertise and personalised advice to each client, and to respond to their requirements in order to build a trusted relationship.

My recommendations

I was born in the Savoie, and I am a proud resident of the Belleville Valley, a peaceful region with varied landscapes and ambiences. For winter sports lovers, I recommend a day skiing in the 3 Valleys, nighttime ski touring by the light of the full moon, or even the off-piste terrain of Les Yvoz at Les Menuires on a powder day. For lovers of peaceful mountain landscapes, how about a picnic at the Lac de Lou, a walk in the forest, or even an autumn mushroom picking expedition around Saint-Martin. The landscapes are magnificent in every season and we never get tired of them!
