Meet Noémie, multidestination specialist at Cimalpes

After consolidating its leadership in emblematic resorts such as Courchevel, Megève, Méribel, Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, Tignes and Val d'Isère, the Cimalpes Group is investing this winter in four new markets, bringing to nine the number of resorts in which it is present. Meeting with Noémie, in charge of the development of this project at Cimalpes.

Can you introduce yourself in a few words?

My name is Noémie, I have been with Cimalpes since December 2020 as a "multistation property sales manager".

Originally from the Alps, I practised downhill skiing in a club for about ten years and then snowboarding. I have thus taken part in numerous competitions and events throughout the Alps, which gives me a good knowledge of the world of the mountains and resorts.
Today, skiing is still part of my DNA, it's a passion that I like to share with family and friends whenever the opportunity arises. The mountains, summer and winter alike, are for me a refuge and a source of well-being that I love to share.

What does the Cimalpes development project consist of?

This project is an evolution of our offer in order to continue to best meet the needs and desires of our clients and thus be able to offer them a wider choice of properties in the French Alps.

In which destinations?

Big resorts such as Chamonix, l'Alpe d'Huez, Valmorel, Les Gets . but also in more intimate resorts and other projects are coming up.

Which resort for which type of buyer?

Each resort has its own specificities, character and identity. By knowing perfectly the resorts in which we are established, I could direct you according to your needs towards a destination that is more sporting, family or festive.

How does it work without physical agencies?

We contact the client by telephone and then make an appointment to visit the property on site.
We want the appointment to be convivial, we take the time to discuss your project over a coffee in a beautiful mountain establishment in the heart of our resorts.

What advice can you give to our customers?

And you, what is your favourite resort?

As far as real estate is concerned, I love Megève for its preserved alpine architecture, its heritage and its historic village centre.
On the ski side, I will choose Les Arcs for its large off-piste skiing area which transports us through magnificent landscapes in the heart of nature, far from the slopes.
On the lifestyle side, I am particularly attached to the village of La Clusaz, its typical alpine air and its strong identity.
