On the strength of their experience in the field of luxury residences, EDIFIM is embarking for the third time on the construction of a top-of-the-range hamlet in Méribel, comprising 7 chalets.

The objective of Célénia is to make it a new reference in terms of quality thanks to the top-of-the-range materials used inside and outside, but above all to differentiate itself with its services (relaxation area, cinema room, indoor parking, etc.).

The chalets combine the charm of Alpine constructions with the comfort of modern facilities.

Discover Célénia, a new development with top-of-the-range facilities at the gates of Méribel.

Its location allows it to be close to the centre of Méribel, but also to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains. The residence is located in the Gittaz district, a few minutes from the centre of Méribel and all the amenities, but also enjoys the proximity and tranquillity of the surrounding mountains.

An electric vehicle is provided with each chalet and will allow you to get to the ski lifts, a few hundred metres from the programme.

Le Célénia is a hamlet of 7 chalets with a Savoyard architecture. They have been designed by a famous architect, Antoine Barbeyer, who is well known in the Northern Alps.

Each chalet will have complete autonomy, both structurally and visually, allowing everyone to enjoy individual chalet living. 

Future buyers will also be able to be accompanied and advised in the personalisation of their property by a professional interior decorator who will make them unique living spaces where it will be good to be with the family.
