Winter 2022-23 reimbursement and cancellation condition

With the current uncertain climate due to Covid-19, we introduced more flexibility in our booking conditions. Cancellation is free of charge up to 56 days prior to arrival. In case of a cancellation before this date, we will refund any amount received (deposit and/or balance).

Between 56 days and the arrival, if travel becomes impossible for a client due to Covid-19 upon governmental decision, we will agree on a postponement of stay. This voucher will so be valid for a future stay when travel conditions are suitable to the client.

Carte Blanche Collection valid cancellation or postponement reasons :

  • Lockdown of the customer's region of origin or destination ;
  • Quarantine on arrival in France imposed by the French government ;
  • Closure of the border between the client's country of origin and France ;
  • Closure of the ski area of Tignes - Val d'Isère.

Postponement or cancellation of the stay is possible only in the mentioned cases, emanating from a public authority, directly related to the COVID-19 epidemic and not allowing to stay under normal conditions during the booked period.

In the event that the client requests the partial or total cancellation of his stay, a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total amount of the stay will be applied.

These costs are net and non-commissionable.

They are related to staff costs in anticipation of the rental.

To cover the following reasons, we strongly recommend to our guests to subscribe to a personal insurance, such as it might be the case with some credit card contracts provided by travel insurances.

  • One of the guests is tested positive for COVID-19 (proof to be provided) ;
  • One of the guests has been declared in contact of people with confirmed coronavirus within 14 days prior to departure (proof to be provided) ;
  • One of the guests is maintained in quarantine due to a positive PCR test ;
  • To cover some of the Covid medical expenses.

We reserve the right to advise you of a change to your holiday after you make a reservation, in particular in the case of Force Majeur.

Please note that Carte Blanche Collection cannot pay expenses, costs, or losses incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation and shall not be liable for any refund should Carte Blanche Collection be forced to cancel or change your holiday due to circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

If you fail to pay the balance of the booking price or other sums owing before the due dates, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund to you.

An authentic mountain chalet, the Quezac chalet is an exceptional property, nestled at 1550 meters altitude in the peaceful Brévières district of Tignes. Entirely renovated by French racing driver and freestyle skier Guerlain Chicherit, the chalet enjoys unique atmospheres in the heart of the Tignes Val-d'Isère ski area.

A perfect combination of materials, luxurious decorations and more traditional designs, the Chalet Quezac offers resolutely cosy atmospheres and beautiful volumes. With a surface area of 600 m2, the property can accommodate up to 16 people including 12 adults and 4 children. The property has 6 luxury en suite bedrooms and a charming children's bedroom with 4 single bunk beds.

An entire floor is reserved for entertainment and good times, so you can enjoy the bar, a lounge area with spacious sofas, a splendid billiard table, table tennis, table football and even a sports area.
You will find everything you need to relax your body, swimming pool and fitness area will also be there.

The strong point of the property, the numerous terraces and outdoor spaces bring a huge cachet to the Quezac chalet, accessible via the dining room or through all the rooms you will have access to the sauna, jacuzzi, outdoor bar, barbecue and pizza oven and won’t be able to miss the endless views of nature and the surrounding mountains.
