Skiing in La Rosière offers an opportunity to ski in France and Italy on the same day. On the Italian of the mountain “La Dolce Vita” is alive and well! La Rosière and the Italian resort of La Thuile make up the San Bernardo ski area, with a total of 82 marked runs.
The pistes are suitable for all levels, with steep blacks and reds for good skiers and plenty of easy blues, greens and nrudery slopes for the less experienced. There are also plenty of opportunities to stop for a pizza or raclette (or both!).
The resort offers an especially warm welcome to families. In terms of both the skiing and the other activities on offer, La Rosière is ideal for young children, and the resort has been awarded the “Family Plus” label which guarantees an enjoyable holiday for children and parents alike.
