My role within Cimalpes

As a Rental Manager, my main mission is to ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of their stay. I also strive to maintain a strong relationship of trust between Cimalpes and our property owners. Good coordination of my teams is essential to achieving these two key objectives.

My recommendations

Morzine is part of the Portes du Soleil ski area, an ideal destination to enjoy the mountains year-round. In winter, embark on an adventure on the ski slopes, and in summer, explore the stunning landscapes by bike. Between France and Switzerland, discover breathtaking panoramas and create unforgettable moments in the heart of nature.

With 20 years’ sales experience in Morzine, my home village, I put my skills, professionalism and network of contacts at the service of all my sales and acquisition clients, helping to ensure that Cimalpes remains the leading specialist real estate agency in the French Alps. I help ensure that things run smoothly within the agency, with a focus on communication, mutual support and team spirit.

Your dream holiday with Cimalpes: Morzine is a village resort with an excellent après-ski scene, and the Portes du Soleiel ski area is ideal for families and experienced skiers alike, with great off-piste at Avoriaz. Take in the views over Lake Geneva from the Swiss resort of Torgon, and stop for a drink at the Folie Douce on the way back down to Morzine. At the end of the season I recommend Chamonix for the Vallée Blanche, it’s just an hour away from Morzine, and also a very popular summer amongst an international clientele for mountain biking, as well as hiking, canyoning, rafting, paragliding, summer tobogonanning, golf, tennis, an olympic-sized swimming pool, and its many mountain lakes, not forgetting Lake Geneva which is only 30 minutes away. I couldn’t recommend Morzine more highly !

My role within Cimalpes

I live in the resort and I love taking the time to show my clients around and explain how it all works to them. I advise sellers regarding valuations, marketing, and negotiating a price for their property. I help buyers to find the property that matches their requirements, expectations and budget. With my colleagues, I attend to all administrative and legal matters right up to the signature of the deed of sale at the notary’s office.
