Between France and Italy, reblochon and gnocchi, the La Rosière resort dominates the 154km of slopes of the San Bernardo international ski area.

From November to March there is abundant snow, which peaks just after Christmas in January, to practice downhill skiing and skateboarding alongside others who know their way around the slopes. While the experienced skiers hurtle down the red and black slopes of Mont Valaisan, the ski instructors introduce young and old to the powder snow at the edge of the resort.
