How does the Cimalpes partnership works ?
Step 1 : How to become a Cimalpes partner ?
Fill out our form to become an online partner. Upon receipt, our team will verify compliance and commercial consistency : we'll respond as soon as possible and invite you to a brief qualification interview.
Step 2 : What is the contractual framework ?
We offer clear and flexible agreements (partnership contract, commercial terms and conditions, NDA if necessary). The terms and conditions (commission, cancellation policies, etc.) are defined to ensure transparency and legal certainty.
Step 3 : What is the booking process ?
Our dedicated sales team is available to provide you with white label offers based on your clients' criteria. The B2B area is also available to you, allowing you to select properties and download "unbranded" brochures.
An option may be offered to secure the property for 48 hours. A deposit of 25% of the rental price is required to confirm the booking.
Once the deposit has been received, the client or their representative will receive the final booking contract to sign.
The balance of the rental price must be paid one month before the start of the stay.
Step 4 : How is the stay managed ?
A dedicated contact person monitors each case: client briefing, check-in/check-out, management of local service providers.
Concierge requests are handled daily, according to agency opening hours.
An end-of-season (or post-stay) review is offered to our partners to improve the quality of service and the offer over time.
Step 5 : What are the commercial terms and conditions?
The prices of our properties are published on the Cimalpes website. Partners undertake to apply the same rates. The partner commission is already included in these public prices.
The amount of the commission is indicated when the property is offered. It is also displayed on the Cimalpes partner area.
The booking can be made in the name of the customer or in the name of the partner representing the end customer. Payment must be made by the contracting party.
If the partner pays for their client's stay, the commission can be deducted from the balance (amount remaining to be paid 30 days before arrival).
If the client pays for their stay, the commission will be paid upon presentation of a commission invoice sent by the partner after receipt of the balance.
In the event of cancellation :
- Cancellation between the date of booking and thirty-one (31) days before the date of arrival : the partner or tenant will be required to pay compensation representing 25% of the total cost of the stay.
- Cancellation less than thirty (30) days before the arrival date : the partner or tenant shall be required to pay compensation equivalent to one hundred per cent (100%) of the total price of the booking.
Exceptions : for any justified cancellation and if the property is re-let for the same cancelled dates, the initial amount already paid may be refunded, after deduction of any administrative costs (5% of the booking amount).
