I take care of my employees who then take care of our customers. My role is to make sure all our customers are satisfied: whether they are vacationers, owners or buyers.

As a sales coordinator, I am attentive to the needs of every employees and ensure the correct application of the processes. Ensuring good communication between our departments and agencies is also essential in order to offer our customers a service that is always professional, with complete peace of mind.

My recommendations

I am particularly fond of Val Thorens and its breathtaking views. In summer or in winter, it is a pleasure to come and recharge your batteries at Pépé Nicolas's where you can taste delicious local dishes, a guaranteed change of scenery!

My role within Cimalpes

I am in contact with all the Cimalpes network site managers. I take care of the management and marketing of the goods so that they are esteemed at their fair value.

My recommendations

Courchevel is a mythical resort of the Alps. You can enjoy excellent tables, or ski on the best slope of the domain, the track of Chapelets, on Courchevel Moriond.

My role within Cimalpes

I am consolidating the existing, to satisfy the customers renters, buyers and owners by finding new opportunities and surprising them, while developing the opportunities of Cimalpes. I also see to the cohesion of the teams between and within the stations.

My recommendations

The dream holiday with Cimalpes? A medley of the best of the 4 resorts : skiing on the slopes of the 3 Valleys and the Evasion Mont -Blanc area, off-piste Espace Killy, walks in the center of Megeve, evening parties in Courchevel.

To be a Business Partner by contributing to the HR development of Cimalpes and by creating the most favourable environment for the development and evolution of our employees.

My mission is to promote the Cimalpes brand and our property and services portfolio via all communication channels to existing and potential clients. With my team, we develop easy-to- navigate digital customer experiences, and we promote rentals and properies for sale using effective online strategies, and we help agencies to deliver a memorable experience on a daily basis that exceeds our clients’ expectations. And, last but not least, we work hard to present our region in the best possible light in all our communications and by building relationships with all the players in our various resorts.

My recommendations

Staying in the heart of the 3 Valleys in Saint Martin de Belleville, on a sunny day, return to Val Thorens via the Boulevard Giraud piste and enjoy the spectacular colours of the sunset.
