Designed with noble materials such as wood and stone, it reinterprets the traditional Dauphiné barn style by combining modernity with alpine tradition. The residence features secure underground parking and enjoys a prime location in the heart of Vieil Alpe, offering both a peaceful environment and a strategically ideal setting. At the entrance of the resort and just steps from gourmet restaurants, the tourist office, and the Alpe Express and Télécentre ski lifts, the Vieil Alpe district offers easy access to local attractions and the ski area, while maintaining an incomparable sense of tranquility.
Situated on the first floor of Building A in Les Fermes de l’Alpe, apartment A203 spans 66 sqm and comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children. Facing southeast, it enjoys exceptional natural light and breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding peaks.
From the moment you step inside, the elegant and calming ambiance impresses, with carefully chosen decor in soft beige, white, and red tones, reflecting a contemporary alpine spirit. The living area, bathed in natural light through large picture windows, features a comfortable space with a large beige sofa adorned with silky cushions, a matching armchair, and a plush white rug — creating a true haven of softness and calm, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains.
The living room seamlessly opens onto a warm dining area and an open kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances: oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and practical storage solutions.
From the living room, direct access to the furnished terrace extends the living space outdoors. This inviting area is perfect for unwinding, with lounge chairs ideal for soaking up the sun and enjoying the fresh mountain air at any time of day.
The apartment includes a first double bedroom with two single beds — an intimate and refined space ideal for family or friends. The second bedroom, with a double bed, features its own private ensuite bathroom, offering both comfort and privacy. A cozy cabin area, fully clad in wood, is designed for children, with a charming and functional bunk bed that evokes a soft and minimalist mountain spirit.
A second independent bathroom completes the layout, featuring a walk-in shower, a modern basin, a heated towel rail, and a hairdryer — combining aesthetic appeal with practical comfort.
Guests benefit from a private ski locker with boot dryers and an indoor parking space, measuring 2.10 m in height, 2.30 m in width, and 5.07 m in depth. Please note that access to Building A and the ski lockers is via a short slope from the Route de l’Alaska.
Reinterpreting the architectural tradition of Dauphiné barns, Les Fermes de l’Alpe offers an authentic and privileged living environment at the heart of Vieil Alpe. The residence is ideally located close to shops and just steps away from gondolas providing access to one of the largest ski areas in France, connecting Alpe d’Huez to the resorts of Auris-en-Oisans, Villard Reculas, Oz-en-Oisans, and Vaujany. In summer, Alpe d’Huez transforms into a vast natural playground, ideal for enjoying fresh mountain air and outdoor adventures with the whole family.
