Description

Les Fermes de l'Alpe's new luxury residence welcomes you in a warm, modern atmosphere, right in the heart of Alpe d'Huez. The Vieil Alpe district, with its mountain pasture houses and authentic shops, will take you on a voyage of discovery of a real mountain village. 


Shops, restaurants, leisure activities and the tourist office are just a few meters from your residence. Access to the Grandes Rousses ski area is also nearby, with the Télécentre and Alpe Express lifts just 200m away.
The 85 sqm Fermes de l'Alpe D206 apartment offers breathtaking views of the Massif de l'Oisan.

Furnished in a warm, cosy style, the apartment features a large, bright living room with direct access to a south-west-facing balcony. A true haven of peace for enjoying the resort's gentle sunshine, overlooking the Muzelle and Taillefer peaks. The kitchen opens onto a dining area, ideal for sharing wonderful family moments. 
The property has three double bedrooms, each with a warm, cocooning decor to welcome you into an atmosphere of relaxation and serenity.  A mountain corner with shower room offers a real little cocoon specially reserved for children. The bedrooms are accompanied by two shower rooms, one with direct access to the suite, and a bathroom with bathtub.

To complete the picture, the property offers 3 indoor parking spaces, including a garage with 2 places and with 2m high ceilings, with the option of recharging your electric vehicle. The parking space for one car offers a height of 2.10 m, a width of 2.60 m, and a depth of 4.20 m.


As family-friendly as it is sporty, Alpe d'Huez is one of the world's most famous ski resorts. The "Sun Island" attracts large numbers of holidaymakers thanks to its exceptional ski area, après-ski activities, restaurants, friendly atmosphere and splendid scenery. Its summit, the Pic Blanc, rises to an altitude of 3,330 m and offers a breathtaking panorama of the Ecrins National Park and its prestigious peaks.
