On the garden level, the entrance opens onto a beautiful living area comprising a comfortable lounge, a convivial dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a shower room. The bright living room, decorated in an elegant modern mountain style, leads to a large furnished terrace. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the entire Chamonix Valley—a spectacular setting in both summer and winter.

Upstairs, three beautiful, welcoming bedrooms and a bathroom provide comfortable accommodation for family or friends in a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

In the basement, a spacious room equipped with a garage, washing machine, and dryer is specially designed for mountain getaways. You can easily store your ski equipment there after a day spent… right on the slopes. A boot dryer is also installed for optimal comfort each morning before heading back out onto the slopes.
