Covid-19 : 

In the event that the hirer has to cancel the booking due to any of the COVID-19 measures listed below, the hirer will be offered one of the compensations listed below. If the reason does not fall within the COVID-19 measures listed below, the normal booking conditions as defined in the rental agreement will apply.
- If the government of the home country of the person who made the booking prohibits travel to France
- If travel or border restrictions in France (ordered by the French government in response to the pandemic) prevent the person making the booking from travelling to France.
- If the French government decides, up to the day before the stay, to quarantine the country or geographical area of the property during the policyholder's stay. Provided that the lessee does not spend the quarantine in the reserved property.
- If there is a compulsory confinement and a ban on travel in France or in the country of origin of the person who made the reservation.
If the client can prove that he/she cannot travel due to at least one of the scenarios described above related to the pandemic, reimbursement will be made according to the following conditions:
If the hirer is unable to travel to and use the property for the full duration of the rental period, he/she may obtain a refund or a postponement of the rental for the same week in the following winter. The refund will be the full amount paid. In case of postponement, the amount will not be changed. 

If the client is unable to arrive at the property until after the start date of the reservation, a refund will be given for the unused days. The rate applied will be in proportion to the total price in relation to the number of unused days. 
Force Majeure:

Neither Party shall be liable to the other for a breach of any of its obligations if it is unable to perform due to an event of force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code.

Other :

If the client cancels his reservation and on the date of his stay none of the above cancellation conditions are effective, his deposit may be reimbursed only if the property has been re-let in the meantime. Otherwise, if the client still does not wish to come, the stay is not refundable.
