Imagine a time when, during the harsh winters, life was in full swing in the stable, a room adjacent to the cows, goats and chickens, where people took refuge from the biting cold, bundled up in warm blankets and close to the animals.
The barn, located above the stable, played a vital role in storing the hay harvested during the summer, ensuring the animals' survival during the harsh winter months.

"In spring, our little family would move into a modest adjacent house, and this tradition continued into autumn. And to top it all off, I was born during the Christmas season, in this place we affectionately called 'the stable'.
Today, we've undertaken an extraordinary renovation project to preserve this heritage and breathe new life into it, carefully restoring every original stone to recall the days when this barn and stable were the heart of our home. We lovingly preserved the authentic architectural elements while incorporating modern features and upgrades integrated to offer contemporary comfort."

This once modest home is now a warm and welcoming space, where past and present come together harmoniously. Every corner of this property tells a story, a story of family, tradition and transformation, now blending the materials and decoration of a top-of-the-range chalet in Saint Martin de Belleville.

The vast chalet now offers 460 sqm to its guests, spread over five levels + garage. The first level features a relaxation area with swimming pool, sauna and hammam. Six en-suite bedrooms and the living area occupy the upper levels. The decor, which makes extensive use of wood and stone, revives the memory of the chalet and the past of this mountain village.

La Ferme d'Edouard is just a stone's throw from the Place de l'Eglise, where shops and restaurants are concentrated. It's also from this square that you can go skiing, thanks to the Village ski lift. A free shuttle bus runs past the chalet to the Saint Martin gondola, which takes you to the 3 Vallées slopes in just six minutes.
