Description

Warm and Contemporary Village House

This renovated village house harmoniously combines authentic charm with modern touches, all bathed in natural light. Spread over three levels, it offers a spacious and intimate space, ideal for accommodating up to 6 adults and 2 children in a warm ambiance.

Located in a peaceful alley, the house enjoys a splendid view of the mountains and easy access to the village's amenities and attractions. You’ll also enjoy a private garden—perfect for sharing convivial moments with family, hosting outdoor meals, or simply soaking up beautiful summer days in a tranquil setting.

On the ground floor, the house opens onto a main entrance with a cloakroom, ideal for welcoming your guests comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen, open to a friendly dining area, leads to a warm living room with a fireplace and access to a balcony offering panoramic views. From this balcony, an external staircase leads directly to the garden, making it easy to enjoy the outdoor spaces throughout the day. This level also includes a separate toilet and a secondary entrance for added convenience.

On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one of which can be configured as twin beds for added flexibility. This floor also has two modern bathrooms with Italian-style showers, ensuring optimal comfort.

The top floor offers a charming loft-style sleeping area with a double bed and two single beds, perfect for accommodating family or additional guests. A small office space is also set up, ideal for working or reading in a peaceful setting.

During the winter season, eight ski and boot lockers are available for your use at the Pré Chabert ski storage area, located right on the snow front — a real advantage for enjoying the slopes with maximum comfort and convenience.

The Serre Chevalier Valley lies at the heart of the Southern Alps. It boasts around 250 kilometers of ski slopes, spread over several areas and offering a great variety of trails for all skill levels, including off-piste zones. With exceptional sunshine, the valley provides pleasant, bright ski days. Monêtier-les-Bains has a traditional charm, its village thriving year-round with a warm atmosphere, picturesque mountain scenery, and wooden chalets. Beyond winter sports, the resort offers various activities such as hiking, mountain biking, climbing, and Les Grands Bains du Monêtier for unwinding in calm and tranquility after an active day.
