Authentic Mountain Chalet

Located in a peaceful part of the village, facing the stunning peaks of the Serre Chevalier valley, the semi-detached Chalet Marmotte 2 warmly welcomes you into its 170 sq.m, designed for memorable stays with family or friends. Spread across three levels, it comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, offering a cosy alpine setting ideal for relaxation and shared moments.

On the garden level, two en-suite double bedrooms enjoy direct access to the garden, providing both comfort and a close connection to the outdoors. This floor also includes a game room for both children and adults, as well as a relaxation corner with a jetted bathtub—perfect for unwinding after an active day in the mountains.
The first floor, designed for sociable living, features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bright living room with access to a spacious balcony, and a welcoming dining area. A bedroom with en-suite shower room completes this level, ensuring comfort and privacy.
Upstairs, a bedroom with three single beds is ideal for children or friends, while a double bedroom with balcony offers a peaceful and light-filled retreat. These two rooms share a bathroom with bathtub.

The access path, shared with the adjoining chalet on the property, leads to a reserved area that can accommodate up to three vehicles, right in front of the chalet.

Nestled in the heart of the French Alps, Serre Chevalier boasts spectacular landscapes and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Monêtier-les-Bains exudes traditional charm, with its village living year-round in a friendly atmosphere, picturesque mountain scenery, and wooden chalets. Besides winter sports, the resort offers various activities such as hiking, mountain biking, climbing, and the Monêtier baths for a peaceful and calm end to an active day.
