The property is just a stone’s throw from the Palafour chairlift and 150 metres from the Tovière gondola lift.

The apartment offers a welcoming and modern living space, where the open-plan, fully equipped kitchen blends seamlessly with the dining area and lounge, perfect for relaxing. It features a south-facing balcony offering views of the natural lake of Tignes and the Tovière and Grande Motte mountain ranges.
The sleeping area, designed to ensure comfort and privacy, comprises a master suite with a double bed and a bathroom fitted with a bath, two bedrooms with separable double beds, a bedroom with a double bed, and a separate bathroom.
