A new high quality program



The Stallion is the new reference program of the renowned Haute-Savoie resort. This magnificent building is characterized by a set of six chalets, comprising a total of 62 apartments ranging from studio to T6+. 

Dressed in dry stone and wood, its exterior silhouette perfectly evokes the station's inimitable style. The interior is also shaped to be in accordance with the Savoyard style of construction, various high quality wood species will be present. To provide a contrast with the traditional, the contemporary will be perfectly associated with it. Two finishing styles are available to arrange your apartment as you wish. 

Le Stallion is a residence that will offer services worthy of the finest hotels with a great advantage, that of feeling at home. For maximum comfort, the residence will be equipped with a complete wellness area, including a jacuzzi, a fitness room, a hammam and a swimming pool. Many other top-of-the-range services will be possible with your new new program.

The geographical location of this new programme is commensurate with its standing. At Stallion, everything is done to provide the best possible experience for our customers. The historic heart of Megève and its 200 shops are located 5 minutes from the residence, while access to the Rochebrune cable car, the first in France, as well as to the ski slopes will be within 800 meters. 

The site, still preserved from tourists and the passage, is the ideal place to recharge your batteries and fully enjoy life in the mountains. Rochebrune is a quiet district, but it has many shops and refined restaurants.

The location also allows the Stallion to have a dominant position over the village and to enjoy a magnificent view of the Jaillet hillside. In the background, we can see Christomet, the plain of Megève, the chain of aiguilles de Warens, the desert of Platée and the Mont d'Arbois massif.

 



A construction that respects the local environment



The Stallion is part of an approach that respects the landscape environment and the mountain spirit of the area. Indeed, the site is open so that development areas such as minerals and plants remain accessible. 

These openings a sense of life-size freedom. The various plant groves and softwood hedges a natural filter that reduces the impact on the surrounding cottages.

Contrary to the layout of traditional programs, the 6 cottages of the Stallion were built in a random and natural way. The volumes were distributed on the site to blend in with the surroundings.

As with any new program, the 20% VAT refund applies to the Stallion, in exchange for a number of weeks of rental per year.
