Les 2 Alpes: the ultimate playground for sport and fun

Les 2 Alpes is one of the largest interconnected ski areas in Isère, offering more than 200 km of slopes stretching from 1,300 m to 3,600 m in altitude. The resort is world-renowned for its skiable glacier, open both in summer and winter, ensuring reliable snow conditions and breathtaking descents. From beginner runs to the legendary “La Fée,” and even the off-piste routes around La Meije accessible from La Grave, the playground is vast and spectacular. It is also a flagship destination for freestyle and new snow sports, with dedicated spaces that have built its international reputation.

When summer arrives, the snow gives way to one of Europe’s most famous downhill mountain biking areas, with more than 90 km of marked trails plunging down to the villages of the Oisans. Hikers too will find their paradise here, between alpine meadows, forests, and stunning views over the Écrins. True to its sporting spirit, the resort hosts major events every year – freeride competitions, music festivals, and cultural gatherings – that set the rhythm of the seasons and bring the mountains to life.
