Traditional wood combined with modern comforts
Set in a quiet residential sector of Saint-Gervais, just a 10-minute walk from the village centre, Les Chalets de la Perrette enjoy rural surroundings and mountain views. The three chalets cleverly combine Pays du Mont-Blanc-style traditional architecture with tried-and-tested wood construction techniques. The post and beam method offers a great deal of freedom in terms of spatial configuration, also contributing to their energy efficiency, whilst the materials chosen (natural or brushed larch, copper metalwork) enhance the properties’ charm and authenticity.
Set on a private 860 m² plot, the chalets boast a living area that extends across 208 to 210 m². Built over two levels, the ground floor features a garage, ski room, utility/storeroom and a large 65 m² living room, whilst the first floor is home to 4 bedrooms, including a 24m² master suite, and a TV room. The addition of South and East-facing continuous balconies mean you can really make the most of the sunshine. On handover the chalets are partially fitted out (fireplace, kitchen, bathrooms), allowing future owners the chance to put their own personal touch on their property, or add certain options, such as a Jacuzzi.
