Le Mascara is a residence featuring luxury amenities, ideally located at the foot of the ski slopes (Tovets slope at 25m). The centre of Courchevel, with its luxury boutiques and Michellin-starred restaurants, is within walking distance.

The apartments

Cimalpes has 11 apartments available within Le Mascara residence, ranging from 2-bedroom + bunk bed area apartment for 6 people, to a spacious 175m² duplex for 8 people. Each property comes with a ski room with boot dryers and indoor parking spaces. A comprehensive list of services is available available to make your stay extraordinary: a dedicated residence manager available throughout your stay, an in-house ski boutique, on-demand services such as a masseuse, personal trainer, or chef, as well as all the bespoke services included in the Concierge Pass from your Cimalpes agency (optional).

The harmony of the residence extends to the boldly proportioned apartments. Their design features large windows opening onto a balcony or terrace, which become natural extensions of the living spaces. The hand-crafted interior features combine Alpine materials with contemporary style: oak parquet to harmonise the spaces, a fireplace clad in lacquered metal juxtaposed with stone accents, ceilings and windows adorned with a wood lattice pattern.
