Cimalpes’ range of chalets and apartments offers all the facilities you need to make life easier. All you have to think about is enjoying yourself, we take care of the rest. Many of our rental properties have ski lockers, ski rooms, changing rooms and sometimes even boot warmers.
Inside the properties, you will often find open, wood-burning fireplaces as the centrepiece of the living area, as well as overhead heaters on the terraces.
We aim to offer you the best, and some of our rentals are equipped with cinema rooms, a great way to enjoy a special moment after a day on the mountain. Pool tables are also a great way to enjoy time spent together in a relaxed atmosphere.
Just imagine… after an active, energetic day on the ski slopes or walking trails, a Jacuzzi awaits you back at your chalet. Our properties are much more than just a place to sleep - they give you access to priceless experiences. As well as outdoor or indoor Jacuzzis, our chalets’ wellness facilities may include saunas, hammams, swimming pools or massage rooms. A great way to relax and unwind in the heart of an immersive natural environment.
All our properties have their own unique atmosphere, inviting you to be transported by your desires. The chalets have been concieved by architects seeking to combine the traditional features of the Haute-Savoyard chalet with the best of modern design.
In keeping with Morzine’s architectural identity, wood is used for chalet exteriors, and also extensively in the interiors. Wooden exteriors give chalets that true Morzine identity, and the same material is also used extensively for interiors, giving every property a unique atmosphere.
Did You Know ? In Morzine and other Haute-Savoyard resorts, the skill and artistry of woodworking craftsmen and women comes from an ancestral tradition handed down from generation to generation.
We also offer chalets that blend into the mountain landscape, between forests and pastures.
Did You Know? Morzine was once a major location for the manufacture of slate. It can be found on roofs as well as decorative objects in chalets.
Elsewhere, many chalets have ornate wooden terrace balustrades, known as “palines”, with original designs personalised to each property. This style, found only in Alpine resorts, adds real character to chalets and apartments.

Views over the ski area as well as the village and the surrounding landscape allow us to reconnect with the natural environment.
