What are the cancellation and refund policies?
Cancellations must be sent by registered mail to the address provided by the agency. The cancellation date is determined by the date of receipt.
Cancellation fees:
- From the date of booking up to 31 days before arrival: the deposit paid at the time of booking (25% of the total cost of the stay) is non-refundable.
- From 30 days before arrival to the day of arrival (including no-shows): 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged and remains payable by the guest.
Exceptions:
If the property is rebooked for the same dates, the amount already paid may be refunded, minus administrative fees (5% of rental cost). Refunds are granted only if the property is successfully rebooked.
Shortened stays:
No refunds will be issued for stays shortened or interrupted voluntarily by the guest, except under exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the agency.

Is cancellation insurance included with the rental?
Cancellation insurance can be purchased for your stay. This service comes at an additional cost, and the terms are provided to clients upon request through our Cimalpes agencies.

How long does it take to get my security deposit back?
The security deposit will be refunded within a maximum of two weeks after the tenant's departure. If any damage is found, the cost of repairs will be automatically deducted.
If the deposit does not cover the repair costs, the guest agrees to pay the remaining balance upon first request.
