This area is named after the famous gondola lift that takes skiers from Morzine up to Avoriaz in less than four minutes. Midway between the ski area and the village centre, it is a prime location for buyers seeking properties with good investment potential in an unspoilt natural setting. Quieter than other parts of the resort, Super-Morzine has retained its rustic and traditional architecture whilst offering accommodation on a par with the newest luxury residences.

Ressachaux

This district stretches to the north-east of Morzine, along the Vallée des Ardoisières. With easy access to the walking and hiking trails, most of the accommodation in this area is made up of apartment residences. Close to the shops and ski area, it represents a good compromise between accessibility and tranquility. The Avoriaz cable car is located at the end of the valley, allowing access to the ski area without going into the centre of Morzine.

Pied de la Plagne

Heading out towards Lake Geneva, Pied de la Plagne is a lively, residential district close to the shops, sports centre, and aquatic park, which offers good investment opportunities in luxurious, fully-equipped mountain chalets.
